Once familiar enough with the Adobe programs and tools, and after completing 2 pieces first, I finally decided I was ready to begin the actual portrait. July of 2018. I began using Adobe Illustrator Draw as my go to application for all pieces.
Starting the piece was very meticulous and at times very tedious.
So I spent the better part of 4 months taking my time on this one, taking week long breaks in between sessions and working extremely slowly to get all flesh tones right. (Also took so long because I was working and finishing other pieces at the same time). As a result, I experimented and learned many new techniques, and bettered them along the way.
